Lucy commenced her practice in commercial and civil litigation, immersed in a variety of contractual and tortious disputes.
Consistent with her inquisitive nature, Lucy then sought to diversify her practice by entering the realm of medical negligence where she represented both doctors and hospitals. Lucy frequently advises insurers and healthcare professionals of their rights and obligations in addressing medical related claims.
Lucy also acted for a leading telecommunications provider in regulatory disputes relating to telecom infrastructure, where she commonly provides practical commercial solutions within the regulatory framework.
Having the benefit of an extensive multi-disciplinary background, Lucy is well versed with engaging with differing clientele, ranging from individuals/professionals, to in-house counsel and C-suite senior management of multi-national corporations.
Lucy understands the practical considerations of litigious concerns and is able to provide focused solutions to unravel complicated disputes, and manage ongoing risks associated with the commercial objectives of the client.
